Newsletter from Brother Ekow Ansah, Agona Swedru, Ghana
July-September 2025
Dear Pastor and church,
We are grateful to God for all His love and mercies upon us all. May His Name be praised forever.
The Asafo Mission is doing well with the brethren showing real growth in their faith. They have not grown much numerically, averaging 20 adults on Sundays but with lots more of children. They have been able to purchase a piece of land on which they are hoping to put up a permanent structure in the future. Most of them are peasant farmers. Their leader is Brother Felix Owusu and he is doing quite well. He is greatly supported by Brother Richmond Donkor.
The situation at the Nkum Mission too is also encouraging. They are more comfortable at their new meeting place. We are hoping the new place will make visitors more comfortable. This place is also temporary. They have gotten themselves some roofing sheets and metal props to eventually make a shed and build their own place. The leader here is Brother Adu. Please continue to pray for him as he tries to lead these people.
The Otuam Mission is not doing too well at all. Having lost their leader, it’s been difficult getting them together. I do my best to be with them as often as possible. I have been speaking with one of the young men in Swedru to consider moving there for the ministry. I pray the Lord touches his heart to do that.
The Radio Ministry here at Swedru is going on well and I am grateful to the Lord for opening that door for us. Our prayer is that it will lead some people to the church.
My wife, Mary, and I are doing well. I thank the Lord always for giving her to me. She is a big blessing to me.
We want to especially thank our sponsoring church and our Pastor for their continual prayers for us for all these years. And to you our supporting churches we want you to know we are grateful to you for your partnership in our call. God bless you all very much. We want you to know you are in our prayers very much. May the Lord’s grace continue to hold you.
God richly bless you all.
Brother Ekow and Sister Mary.
